Winner of South West Property Awards ‘Consultancy Firm of the Year’

We are pleased to announce that Services Design Solution have been awarded ‘Consultancy Firm of the Year’ in the South West Property Awards for 2020.

The South West Property Awards celebrate the outstanding achievements of the people and businesses which have designed, developed, funded and managed the built environment in the region.

We faced some stiff competition in our category, and we would like to congratulate Morgan Structural, Atkins, Hydrock, J4 Projects and Awcock Ward Partnership on being shortlisted. It is great to see so many businesses making a real impact in our local area.

The judges commented how SDS had worked on excellent projects which also benefited the community and praised the company’s core values in supporting its employees. “The panel particularly noted the consultancy’s impressive commitment in the face of ongoing adversity. SDS was involved in building the Nightingale hospital at Exeter”.

Examples of our other key projects over the last qualifying year included Redcliff Quarter, a high quality residential-led development reflecting the character and heritage of its area; and Hazelbrook SEN Campus, a £7.7m SEN school for secondary-age children in Taunton and surrounding areas.
