Happy Retirement Chris!

A sad day on Friday for SDS and particularly those in our Bristol office where we say farewell and wish a very happy retirement to one of our longest serving engineers, Chris Tonkyn, Technical Director for our Bristol office.

Chris has been an engineer with SDS for over 10 years and was part of the growth into Bristol. Alan Watson, Director of our Bristol office gave a speech and thanked Chris for all his support – both inside and outside of the office – over the 16 years that they have worked together and known each other for. A “true friend and the best engineer I have ever worked with, I wouldn’t be who I am today without you. You will be sorely missed and if you’re ever bored I am sure we can find something to keep you busy”
