Michelmores 5K Charity Run 2019

Last week, 7 members of the SDS team laced up their trainers and took part in the annual Michelmores 5k Charity run in Exeter.
The MM5k, which celebrated it’s 20th anniversary this year, saw 1000 runners take to the streets of Exeter raising funds for The Amber Foundation.
The charity helps to support vulnerable and homeless young adults to get them back on their feet. Based in Chawleigh in Devon, Amber teaches those in need valuable life and vocational skills, providing much needed accommodation during trying times.
