SDS Projects shortlisted for Michelmores Property Awards

SDS have had 2 local projects shortlisted for the Michelmores Property Awards 2019, a great achievement for our engineers that have been involved these prestigious projects.

Scott Medical and Health College, newly opened £4.32m facility teaching students specialist areas of medical learning has been shortlisted for Education Project of the Year.

Oceansgate Marine Campus Phase 1, £7.8m office and research development facility has been shortlisted in the Project of the Year (Over £5m) category.

The anticipated awards night will take place on Thursday 13th June at Sandy Park, Exeter with over 300 guests of the construction industry.

Scott Medical & Health College in Plymouth is a new education facility that will primarily train healthcare professionals of the future between the ages of 13-19 in specialist areas of medical learning. It consists of a variety of state-of-the-art teaching spaces, collaborative/break-out areas, a gym and a modern central atrium distributed across its three storeys.

Oceansgate Marine Campus Phase 1, a redevelopment of part of the Devonport Dockyard to form a new centre for marine enterprise in Plymouth.  Providing office, research development and light industrial uses at the gateway to the Marine Industries campus. Offering flexible spaces designed to be adaptable for laboratories, should businesses need it, along with capacity for new technology.
