SDS Projects shortlisted for BOTY Awards

Scott Medical and Health College, newly opened £4.32m facility teaching students specialist areas of medical learning and Oceansgate Marine Campus, £7.8m office and research development facility have both been shortlisted for The John Bracey Building of the Year Awards at the Crowne Plaza on Friday 23rd November.
Previous SDS project winners include the Genesis Building in Plymouth, providing local start-up business modern office spaces with advanced infrastructure to help accelerate growth and success, this was crowned Building of the Year Award 2016.  The anticipated awards night will take place on Friday 23rd November in Plymouth at Crowne Plaza with over 300 guests of the construction industry.

Scott Medical & Health College in Plymouth is a new education facility that will primarily train healthcare professionals of the future between the ages of 13-19 in specialist areas of medical learning. It consists of a variety of state-of-the-art teaching spaces, collaborative/break-out areas, a gym and a modern central atrium distributed across its three storeys.

Oceansgate Marine Campus, a redvelopment of part of the Devonport Dockyard to form a new centre for marine enterprise in Plymouth.  Providing office, research development and light industrial uses at the gateway to the Marine Industries campus. Offering flexible spaces designed to be adaptable for laboratories, should businesses need it, along with capacity for new technology.
