SDS projects win at Michelmores Property Awards

The Michelmores Property Awards were held at Sandy Park in Exeter last night where SDS were victorious in three of our six nominated categories, as part of the successful project teams.

Recognising and celebrating the achievements of the South West property sector, our winning projects were:

Residential Project of the Year, 41 units and over – Quandrant Quay, Plymouth
Project of the Year with a value of over £7m – South Devon UTC, Newton Abbot

While the biggest award of the evening, Building of the Year, which also included a nomination for the Genesis Building in Plymouth was won by Chy Trevail, of which SDS were Technical Advisors.

SDS’s involvement in other nominated developments included Project of the Year with a value of under £2m – Broadclyst Community Primary School, as well two nominations in the category of Project of the Year with a value of £2-7m for Atrium Studio School and the Genesis Building.
