Project Description

One of six pilot locations selected as a pioneer for a series of community health and wellbeing hubs, the vision of the Integrated Care System, designed to provide a national programme of redevelopment.

SDS engineered systems to deliver on modern methods of construction, delivering a whole carbon design using the new NHS Net Zero Carbon Toolkit. The centre is aligned with the Trust’s strategic goals, including zero carbon aspirations modularised construction.
