A £2.5m refurbishment of the Dart Marina Hotel and Spa. A 4-star hotel overlooking Dartmouth Marina and the River Dart

SDS worked closely with the design team, led by Ward Williams as Project Managers and HLM Architects

The hotel has a small spa, fitness suite and pool with steam room and hot tub. Most of the refurbishment was carried out in the common areas and the sixteen south wing bedrooms.
