The new public realm area has been designed with external lighting to reflect and enhance the local identity by day and night, providing a flexible, durable and easy to maintain solution
Complete utility load assessments, review of the infrastructure to identify site diversions to accommodate the works, and infrastructure required to suit the new site layout
Provision of detailed design for the apartments, including heating, ventilation domestic services, power, access systems, satellite TV, security
Design of infrastructure to 2200m² retail and office space for Tesco and Pizza Express, in addition to a number of small business units and retail shops
Liaison and co-ordination of tenants to allow incorporation of plant and equipment for fit out
Engagement with planning for approval of public realm feature lighting
Undertook full surveys of the existing infrastructure, identifying points of interface for connection of new services, and for upgrading works to accommodate the extended facility
Worked closely with the interior designer in the selection of the final products to create a luxury ambience
Gave pragmatic installation advice to minimise the effect of the evolving internal design through the construction period
