A £5m refurbishment of this dilapidated Grade II listed 19th century school in Bristol
The 3900m2 building, over two floors, was renovated by Skanska under a design and build contract with Bristol City Council under the Bristol Schools LEP framework
The project was for the change of use from a senior school to a dual teaching establishment, serving the needs of 2-form entry primary school and delivering teaching for special needs (BHES).
