Project Description

Three additional classrooms were provided, one created from the existing IT suite whilst the other two were new builds

Staffroom was extended to cater for the additional teaching staff the expansion required.

Featured underfloor heating and natural ventilation utilising openable windows.

The building was thermally modelled to demonstrate compliance with overheating requirements BB101.

The extension is heated by means of an air source heat pump with hot water being provided from point of use electric water heaters.

New lighting and power services delivered to enhance the areas provided
