The development was designed to achieve a Good BREEAM score for offices. We worked with the design team to identify areas where the rating could be improved in accordance with the BREEAM guidance. To this end, water and refrigeration leak detection was included, the specified ventilation flow strategies were modified and a full lighting control system with localised presence detection and switching was adopted
