Prepared full Performance Specification for electrical and mechanical services design philosophy including mains distribution strategy, structured cabling installation, fire and
security systems

Undertook site surveys and developed the infrastructure plan for the site.

Carried out energy assessments for each block and advised on compliance with energy targets.

Undertook site inspections throughout the project and acted as technical advisor to the main contractor

Centralised water storage with side wide supply network.

Full centralised BMS control system and energy monitoring
