Full and complete building engineering services design from concept through to technical design proposals, with production of specification, schedules, 2D detailed design layout drawings, schematic arrangements and 3D model
Creating a homely feel whilst accommodating complex engineering systems, requiring a high degree of co-ordination and creativity in concealing the services, whilst maintaining suitable means of access for maintenance
Thermal overheating analysis to develop ventilation strategies for the space.
Engagement in value engineering process, highlighting the risk and benefits of alternative design option
3D Revit modelling of services installation
Collaborative approach resulting in an integrated MEP design with the building Architecture and Structure
Consideration as given to the difficulties associated with space and access for services
Cost effective design of services to meet client specifications
Knowledge of local utilities suppliers to provide timely information and cost
SBEM calculations and EPC certification to prove Part L Building Regulations compliance.
