Co-ordination of smoke vent systems to circulation space and car park and provision of secondary means of supply
Connection to existing heating and hot system via plate heat exchanger to isolate the refurbished area from existing
Isolated and standby power supplies to Procedures Room
Full Nurse Call and medical gases provision.

Survey of existing equipment and co-ordination of services supplies to specialist equipment
Undertake full spatial planning of air handling plant and distribution ductwork within the constraints of the existing building, co-ordinate and agree with the Hopsitals Trust necessary changes to standard specifications to facilitate installation.
