£6m new build two form entry school with nursery for Plymouth City Council with contractor Interserve

The school achieved a BREEAM very good rating

The services included:
– ground source heat pump heating
– rainwater recovery
– domestic services
– sprinkler installation
– heat recovery ventilation
– low energy lighting
– IT infrastructure
– security and small power

A full thermal model has been carried out in
compliance with BB101 and Building Regulation L2

A full daylight model was prepared and used to
prepare optimal lighting proposals
