Sideshore forms part of a new watersports development and supports the wider proposals for the seafront regeneration of Exmouth.

Sustainability has been a core focus of the Sideshore development from the start. As a result, the project team delivered a community-centred development realising a low carbon building that can deliver for a broad range of activities without a large impact on the environment. Its eco-friendly design uses as much roof space as possible for solar power to generate its own electricity.
