Project Description

SDS undertook a thorough mechanical and electrical survey to assess the site in terms of existing condition, suitability and capability as it related to the proposed design options. We organised and managed testing and/or opening-up of key services on site as required following initial survey in order to be able to advise on capacity and suitability for proposals. We undertook liaison with utility suppliers and organising electro detection to identify incoming services on existing drawings.

The final report included a review of concept drawings and advice with regards to suitability, feasibility and options.

Provided an outline specification with regard to mechanical and electrical services.

Discussed building services design options, design strategy and recommendations for energy, environmental and green opportunities strategy, and gave an initial cost estimate for the
works.
