Project Description

Works included detailed design to GRIP stage 5 for the electrical infrastructure, fire alarm, small power and lighting and space heating of a new modular warehouse building, and the external lighting of footpaths, roadways, canopies and emergency escape routes to facilitate the safe movement of sanding carts and personnel

Regular design team meetings involved many disciplines including architectural, structural, civils, earthing specialists, and the appointed contractors

Many site constraints made the design challenging including restricted spatial allowance with existing roadways and close proximity to live lines
