£800k refurbishment of 500sqm office space to accommodate new tenants into this 9 storey building at Temple Quay
At the heart of the city, the new tenants were looking for high spec facilities that met with their corporate branding, with open plan working, client meeting rooms, and reception client waiting area.
We provided full and detailed design of building mechanical and electrical engineering services including VRV cooling to the offices, kitchen ventilation with DX cooling, heating, general and emergency lighting, small power, IT provision, BMS, security and CCTV
Identified existing services requiring diversion/relocation to suit the new proposals and reduce project risks
Primary services were extended from a central plant within the building to accommodate all the services needed for the office
Ensured lighting was retained, relocated and supplemented to suit the new space plan
Linear recessed LED lighting in the meeting rooms and reception client waiting area
Throughout the project we were in dialogue with the client to gain understanding of their value drivers and site requirements.
Worked collaboratively with the contractor and integrated design team to deliver a high specification office space that met the clients aspirations
Provided modification of mains and sub-mains distribution, with small power services
Carried out a survey of the existing building to establish the services requirements and alterations in accordance with any spacial changes and architectural plans
