Many of the developments are for multiple or mixed use, incorporating business premises in conjunction with offices or housing projects. For retail, our projects have ranged from speculative retail in mixed-use developments, fast food restaurants, food retail outlets and car showrooms.
We offer a range of services from pre planning assessment, advice on spatial requirements, servicing, maintenance, facade engineering, low and zero carbon studies to complete design. Our clients include end-users, developers, tenants and contractors.
