SDS delivered surveys and feasibility for a nine-phase leisure upgrade at a 120-acre Georgian Manor House, including new sports facilities, security enhancements, energy-efficient lighting, and accessibility improvements.

SDS was appointed to undertake comprehensive site surveys and assess the technical feasibility of proposed works at the Georgian Manor House, a prestigious property set within 120 acres of landscaped grounds near the city centre. The project, delivered in nine phases, encompassed the installation of a new air dome over two tennis courts, the development of a new squash court facility, and the construction of a sports bar extension with an external courtyard. Additional works included the refurbishment of an existing squash court into a changing room and fitness studio, and the transformation of the sports bar into a café.

- Non-evasive site inspection and desktop study of existing building services record information
- Security design provided to enhance security to the site with CCTV cameras protecting the perimeter and key entry positions, with access control system to secure areas
