- Undertook Stage 0-4a full mechanical and electrical design to EPC A.
- Provided Part O assessments and SAP assessment.
- Provided strategic advice to the client in relation to mechanical and electrical services.
- Offered practical construction advice and guidance to the client team.
- Main contractor quality control inspectorate to review and comment on specialist contractors’ completed work.
