A new housing development in Neath Port Talbot to provide 43 high-quality homes, including a mix of single, two-bed, and three-bed houses tailored to meet local needs.

This project aimed to support the client’s vision of achieving a sustainable development by offering enjoyable open spaces, improved travel links, and fostering increased economic prosperity for the local area.

Designed to be sympathetic to its surroundings, the development features residences that blend seamlessly with the local environment. Each home comes with modern amenities, including parking spaces, spacious gardens, and apartments with balconies. The design also emphasizes retaining the existing characteristics and elements of the current buildings, ensuring that the development is tied to its heritage while integrating contemporary living with traditional features.

This initiative enhances the quality of living in Neath Port Talbot by providing a harmonious blend of tradition and modernity in a sustainable, economically supportive environment.

  • Undertook Stage 0-4a full mechanical and electrical design.
  • Provided Part O assessments and SAP assessment.
  • EPC A.
  • Full and detailed design of the complete mechanical and electrical building engineering services.
  • Client engagement through client group meetings were carried out to identify standards of finish and desired outcomes.
  • Worked as part of a collaborative design and construction team to deliver the project proposals within project constraints.
  • Autodesk Revit MEP fully coordinated Building Information Model to a level of development consistent with level 2.
