SDS were instructed and appointed to develop a coordinated specific design and explore value engineering options for a £28M renovated five-story office building in central Bristol.
The office refurbishment included a new fifth office floor, a new enclosed front extension, and a façade. The building works comprised a full strip-out of all existing M&E equipment to allow for a completely new installation. The M&E installation included state-of-the-art energy-efficient LED lighting and controls, ASHP roof-mounted condensers, and heating from the Bristol Centre district heat network.
