Involvement
- Energy / Sustainability plus Mechanical and Electrical Design Services.
- Preparation of a Sustainability Statement and Energy Statement, External Lighting Strategy, Ventilation and Extract Strategy and Daylight and Sunlight Assessment for the proposed apartments plus existing buildings in the close vicinity of the site.
- Undertaking an assessment of the existing utilities.
- Design Input / advice into the Stage 2 / 3 design development including preparing design stage BREEAM and SAP assessments, overheating assessment plus daylight and sunlight analysis for the proposed development plus existing neighbouring buildings.
