Welcome!

Thank you for your support – we hope you have a fantastic evening.

We are delighted you are joining us for an evening of fun and fundraising in support of Plymouth Hospitals Charity and Poole Farm. Funds raised will support a bespoke wellbeing initiative connecting patients and staff at Derriford Hospital with Poole Farm.

Event timings

  • Arrival: 6:00pm
  • Quiz begins: 6:30pm

Please remember to bring your raffle prize with you. These will be collected at reception on arrival and labelled with your company name so the prize winner knows who kindly donated it.

Food & Drink

Catering for the evening is provided by Walkabout, and your burger choice (including any dietary requirements) has been recorded.

Each guest will have one drinks token on their table to enjoy a complimentary drink with their meal — simply hand this to the bar staff when ordering.

Food will begin being served to tables from 7:00pm onwards.

  • Soft drink

Drinks can be ordered in three ways

  • Raise the paddle on your table
  • Scan the QR code on your table
  • Order directly at the bar

  • Round 5 – 1% Club
  • Round 6 – General Knowledge Wipeout

Each table will receive a Joker Card, which can be played on any round of your choice to double the points scored in that round.

Please note there is a strict no phone policy during the quiz to ensure fairness for all teams.
